Bad day Empty Bad day

Was a nice sunny day today, and I was very unusually feeling positive,so I invited a few mates from college round for a few beers and whatever, was goin grand up until about 8pm when we all went inside,as expected i got extremely self concious and typically struggled to string two words together, things got very awkward and they had all gone home by 9.30,on a saturdy nite?!,feel terrible now and makes me wonder why I even bother trying to be socialable, when it all comes flying back in my face and I end up looking like a complete fool.

I agree with Sundaygirl, I bet you are thinking of the negative parts of the day. The reality is that the first part of the day went well and your friends are not thinking bad of you at all. They would not have came back to yours if they did not enjoy your company. This is just the SA f***er inside you getting at you and dont let it. You think of the good craic you had earlier.

Don't worry aboot it mate. Get them around again soon and enjoy it.

Once ya get straight back up on da horse that's the main thing.

EDIT: Jaysus, I typed "hore" instead of "horse". That could've looked well dodgy!!
