New book on how the mind works
Hi all,
sorry for my absense from here in recent months, just have had alot going on anyway, hope everyone is doing well.
the last time i was here i was writing a book on how the mind works in disorders, phobias and general self limiting beliefs...this is written from experience, having myself being diagnosed with clinical depression and social phobia when younger...after years of attending therapy, reading up on cures etc i finally got a grip on what was going on in my mind, and so set about changing it in order to live a normal life...my book goes into what i learned and practiced in order to do that, have to say the results were amazing...im a totally different person now than i was 3 years ago..
Anyway, the reasons for writing it were to help others who might be in a similar situation to where i was, so for this reason id be very happy to give the book in pdf format to anyone who might be looking for help....not sure if i am allowed give out my email here, but here goes
carloreilly80@gmail.com
The book is an easy read, but goes into good detail on the different aspects of the mind and how they work in everyday life...its not too long either (circa 18,000 words)...So email me if you'd like a free copy, and when reading it please feel welcome to email me with any queries you may have, will only be too happy to help....
All i can say there is a way out, and it is possible to feel happy and free again, if i could do it then anyone can too
Regards
Carl

Re: New book on how the mind works
Thank you very much
Am pretty happy with it,and through writing it i find myself in a decent position to help people which is something ive always wanted to do..
Am in talks with Aware at the moment about putting it on their site as an ebook, also have been asked if id be interested in giving talks about it (by 3 seperate groups) so will see where that goes...
All in all though things seem to be working out pretty well.....again if anyone would like it then feel free to send me an email,or if you're afraid to give out your address or contact me directly (i know when i was feeling bad it would be something that would have entered my head) just post here that you'd like it and we'll work something out
Thank you

Yeah, completely free Have donated it to Aware too so hopefully within a few weeks it'll be on their website too....honestly,had initially thought of charging, but it was written to help rather than to make money off....cool,sure mail me when you have the chance
