Scars

I really want to get back into swimming and going back to going to the gym. As body conscious as I am what is really putting me off joining again are the scares on my leg (I don't have to say what from). They are too low to cover up. One part of me says who cares who sees them that is the past, but it is anxiety provoking as my brother and father attend there too.

I know how you feel hun. But if you really enjpy swimming then you should just go for it, and don't even think about the scars. I have scars on my back from acne i got years ago (doctor put me on meds that caused my skin to come out in severe acne) and so i can't wear stuff that might show off my back. And it kinda includes swimming too.

Maybe go when there will be hardly anyone in the pool?
