Re: This or That thread
hmm......... excellent question J .
creating yourself - atm im learning how to think differently and unlearning negative core beliefs which i learned while growing up (nature/nuture).
this time last year i would of defo said finding myself.
(actually, can u explain the question to me from your point of view?? ) and what would you choose??

Re: This or That thread
I think really they could mean the same thing - but thinking that you are creating yourself I believe makes one feel more in control of developing who they are I think it could be more modavating (sp) . Where finding yourself is like things are already set for you and you just have to find what is it where creating is if you like or want to be something you can do it if you try hard enough but if you are in the finding mode I think it is easier to give up as you may think it's just not meant to be.
For me it is creating, I don't think there is a set path for me, I believe I have to set it and work at it. Sometimes I think what will be will be but I like to think I am in control of that destination and have input to it and that nothing is controlling me. It was a quote a came across and it really changed how I looked at life, made me more positive and not afraid to stand out
I don't know if I am making sense at this point....

Re: This or That thread
haha, yes it does make sense alright.
creating yourself makes a lot more sense than finding yourself i think and it does allow you to be in control. im too hungover atm to think properly, lol. so i ll try give u a better reply tomorrow.
