Ah thats cool, how are ting with your SA presently? I am pretty safe for the time being. I work in a private nursing home, so we get paid so little if they cut we are out and at the moment we are short staffed, after that I am training to become a psy. nurse and plan to leave Ireland which I cannot wait to do.

The SA is pretty good to be honest i think the worst is over, im constantly trying new things to counter it. Thats good your safe, short staffed is hard going tho every one is doing that bit extra. Ya i was thinking bout that a few years ago just packing up and starting somewhere else be cool!
