thank god xmas is over and normality is starting to come back. now its time to knuckle down and get things for college sorted out. 2012 is gonna be a new and hopefully delightful experience

i have an interview over in Oxford, UK. eekkk!!!

Not sure when, they havent said. Im nervous as hell, what if i get the job and i suck at it? What if my SA gets even worse?

I havent told anyone yet about it (not even my own parents), so i just have to say it here

wtf is it with the change of seasons and anxiety ? had to go for a run to clear the head . gonna get back been fit again .

pretty relieved. done my CAO application this morning and all documents sent in. just have to play the waiting game now. hopefully this time nxt year, i ll be in college, anxiously awaiting exams

btw, how is everyone else. this forum is gone dead lately.

I'm terrified. Got to go outdoors today and weigh myself- and i know i've put on weight which is gonna make me more anxious. ARGH!!! Then I've to call the doc for an appointment and travel to limerick. GAHH!!! So yeah.... not the best! ha... Though gotta weigh myself if i wanna make progress!

Best of luck with the CAO Johnny! I entered a competition to get a psychology evening course, cos I'm cheap like that!! Whens the closing date for CAO forms? Might take a look at some of the courses this yr...

Im just venting here but everyday of my life i have to encounter such liary a**holes. fup me, its unreal. I cannot wait to move out of this country, and start a new life. And i hope to god i dont have to return.

^ woah that was my mini melt down from yesterday, my first one of 2012! That's good going, since it's usually nearly every second day.

F*ckin stressed out lately, and my tolerance is low. Nearly everything is going wrong for me lately but i've calmed down.


I just feel sometimes being nice doesnt get me anywhere, i nearly have to kick up a fuss before stuff gets sorted out. The bank tried to charge me for a huge overdraft that i never set up, then made out it wasnt their fault so now my account is frozen till they investigate it, knowing them it would take a year

Then i'm facing the possibility of getting demoted at work due to a change in the department i'm in, and then they screw up my holiday hours!

And don't get me started on the credit union

I completely snapped at work yesterday, over something small, and i just heard someone say 'calm down, take it easy' which wound me up more!
But i've calmed down now, it can only get better!

If someone told me to calm down they'd have no teeth left! Haaaaate when people say that....
And grrr... liars... hate them! Actually have a situation with 1 girl who you'd think is the nicest person ever but she's 2faced as fluff!

@char . the closing date for application is 1st feburary but i think some course have a late application in may. you ll have to check the course u wanna do and see

ermmm, its amazing how fragile the mind can be !! was nt feeling the best, my best m8 is going to aussie for 4 months. its the thought of it thats affecting me but what can ya do. ur gonna have bad days .

on a plus note. happy birthday to christina not sure wat day ur birthday is on, so gonna get it in early, lol. i hope u have a brill day hun

thanks johnny, my birthday is on Friday But i'm off to London tomorrow, for a long weekend, cannot wait, it'll break the boring cycle of my life. Have to be up really early tomorrow, noooooooooooooo!!

Yeah Johnny i'm sorry to hear your best friend is emigrating - my best friend did the same a few months back, and even though we always in touch, (probably more so than when she was in Ireland!), i miss her very much.

as for my m8, i ll miss him alright, without a doubt but its part of life. things change, ppl move on with their lifes. i gotta accept that, as i have no other choice. college in september if i get in this yr that is, lol.

What a day i had, I was in London for the weekend, and it started snowing heavy last night when we were out. This morning i had to get up to head to the airport - i was dying with a hangover, and having to use the london underground was not fun when i was ready to get sick

Then flights were being cancelled, they wouldnt announce if my plane was flying or not.....4 hours later than expected we board the plane.

My SA was tested today - i really hate airports, but on my own, i just freak out!

I was never so glad to land in Dublin!

Such a stressful week! I have 2 interviews over in the uk next week (two different companies). Today i'm panicking at the thought of the interviews.

And i'm totally broke - i got paid yesterday and all wages are gone! First time in ages i had to dip into my credit union savings.

I haven't told anyone at work about my interviews, which is probably making it more stressful, cos i can't talk about it. I havent even prepared for them yet - they are both an hour long - how am i gonna manage to talk for an hour?

Hour long interviews? Maybe they have aptitude tests which take so long. Well done on getting the interviews though - i may have to borrow your CV!

^ thanks hun, yeah the thought of an hour long interview makes me feel sick! I'm stressing about the travel - not so much the airport, but when i get there - what if i get lost? What if i get on the wrong bus?

And i'm missing my sister's confirmation over it - i felt really guilty when i heard she was so upset that i won't be there. God i feel awful that I have to miss it - cos she wanted me there, but what can i do? They wouldnt change the dates, as if i'm not stressed enough!

hmm feeling actually alot better past few weeks since i started taking xanax and valium.....cant deal with the anxiety any other way and the docs anti-deppressants dont seem to help the physical symtoms so im offically valiumed up and intend to stay that way.....anxiety has completely gone and i can get on with life and organise myself and thought/


so thats how am feeling...
