I planned on meeting a friend in galway today, I was anxious as he is a pretty quiet guy and I was afraid that conversation would be scarce but it wasn't....I was like a bloody parrot, and that got him talking more and it was lovely

glad it went well for ya the nxt time it happens , instead of thinking negtive b4 hand , challenge it, most of our negative views are false and only cause us to be anxious,sad, depressed etc.....!! sry if i sound like a precher, haha !!

Also chilling out on a friday night makes me happy - a few drinks, some decent music, and a takeaway is on the way, ah bliss......... Also forgot to mention that i like to light my candles and burn incense after a long week at work, it relaxes me.
